This department's aim is to make indoor and out door sport facilities which meets the requirements and demands of sportsmen. Certifying and testing of the foundations which planned to build according to Sport Federation, and also test fields under work and ground materials according to Sport Federation standards. These standards usually contain sport grounds and in these test focused upon sport grounds. In addition to national sport federation standards like FIFA, UEFA, IAAF, ITF, FIH sport grounds can also certify according to local standards.

These tests consist of three part.

- LABORATORY TEST
- FIELD TEST
- COMPLIANCE TEST OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

LABORATORY TEST :
In the laboratory test, the physical and chemical surveys are being done of the materials that are going to be used in the sports field, for testing appropriateness of these materials to the environment and sport. In addition to this, the interaction between the field and the player, and the interaction between the field and the ball is being tested and the affect of the field to the sportsman's performance and to the ball's move is being examined. The test results are being evaluated in accordance with the international federation standards and reports are being written.

FIELD TEST:
The aim of the field test is to understand whether the sports ground is being applied truly to the field which is certified by laboratory test.

COMPLIANCE TEST OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
T the aim of this test is to certify the authentication of the synthetic grass carpet that is stated in the technical specifications and the synthetic grass that is on the field
